Ingredients:
- 1 cup of full fat coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of matcha
- shaved coconut flakes

This is the simplest recipe!
My chia pudding consists of #full #fat #coconutmilk, #chia and this time I added #matcha .
Shake the coconut milk can to make sure it’s all mixed together…. each coconut milk can is usually about 1.25 cups. My chia ratio is normally 6 tablespoons per 1 cup,
then I add 3 teaspoons of vanilla per cup of coconut milk. You can add more or less, it’s really up to you…I then add 1 teaspoon of Matcha per 1 cup of milk- I then #wisk all items together until all mixed together- some friends have blended all the items together- I don’t find it necessary… I then let it sit for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator and the next morning I have #matcha #chiapudding
This time I topped with shaved coconut… I sometimes whatever fruit or nuts I have in the house or sometimes just add some agave or #maplesyrup when I’m ready to eat it!
